HireMatch has a mission to revolutionize & disrupt the recruitment industry by improving quality of the current job market worldwide, reducing cost's across the board, by improving the quality of employees & creating human communities. Through our Token (HIRE) we will alway's be applying the democratization of the labor market. By using & implementing this platform, the agan will receive a reward in the from of token's (HIRE), re-energize the people & away from the big corporate job board's.our main goal is not to compete directy with other cryptocurrencies, such as bitcoin, but to provide solution & support for the current woes on the job council & the recruitment industry.

Introduction
HireMatch is a Decentralization Appliction (DApp) that will eliminate friction & third party intermediary cost's such as expensive recruter's, when companies are in search of talent. HireMatch will reduce the cost of finding, interviewing & getting new employees by removing unnecessary friction & creating a more efficient market by persuading AGENT with the ERC20 Token we call "HIRE".

System Implementation
It has been proven time & again that a decentralized market make's a better decision that a centralized decision & we created HireMatch into a truly decentralized blockchain based employee recruitment platform. Let's see how the petential transaction will work.

1. Acme Software is growing fast & need's to find a new software engineer.
2. The HR Manager put's the job requirements together & selects a bounty of 10,000 (HIRE).
3. The HR Manager acquires (HIRE) Token's to post the job to the HireMatch.io Network.
4. The job gets published via a Smart Contract on the Ethereum Blockchain.
5. Agent's that fit the specific requirements will then get a notification that a smart contract has been issued & are able to refer Linkedin contract's, Fb contact's & phone contact's to find suitable applicant's to the posted job, Agent's can be hummans or applications connected via our open API.
6. When the applicant is selected by the company, the final bounty is distributed via the smart contract to everu agent who had a part in hiring the new employee (Including referral's & Interviews that wre acceted by the company) & the contract is closed
